Thank you so much for shopping with POP WITH JOY! Every order is made especially for you with care, creativity, and a whole lot of joy. Because our products are made to order, shipping times may be a little different than traditional retail stores.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within:

2–7 business days

Once your order is created and prepared, it will then ship out based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • processing times may increase during holidays, launches, or high volume periods
  • each item is made to order to help reduce waste and overproduction 

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times after processing:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier
  • International shipments may take 1–4 weeks depending on location

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high shipping volumes are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details so you can follow your joyful package on its journey. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address
  • insufficient address information
  • unclaimed shipment

the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and fulfillment locations.
